Make up stores

Hi please can anyone tell me if there is any mac, benefit or bobby brown stores in SF? I'm currently in Vegas and only found a mac store but people have said it would likely be cheaper if there is one in San Francisco?

Hah! I’m so dyslexic. I misread and thought you wanted make up stories.

Apparently there’s a Bobbi Brown duty free store at SFO

bobbibrowncosmetics.com/locator/travelretail…

Would you like me to make up a story about it?

There are mac stores and sephora stores I. SF as well as other cosmetic stores inside macys or Bloomingdales and Nordstrom . I am no expert on makeup but I would be surprised if the prices are cheaper in SF than Vegas.

To find a store google brand name store locator and all the locations will show up

I too am highly skeptical that the stores in SF will be cheaper than in Vegas. The prices of those three brands are pretty tightly controlled anyway, although occasionally a department store has a special promotion (especially Macy's). I can't remember if Macy's still gives a discount to people with a passport, but if it does, that would be true in Vegas as well.

Clark County, Nevada (where Vegas is) has a slightly lower sales tax rate than San Francisco, although the difference is less than 1%.

And the Macy's Passport has several exclusions, including cosmetics.

There are also a few Sephora's in San Francisco, but as others have said the price for these higher-end brands of makeup (mac, benefit or bobby brown ) are controlled so they wouldn't be any cheaper in another city. As a PP posted, tax is actually less in Clark County so I would buy there.

My family (wife & daughter) also like Sephora. I'm sure there is one in the Union Square area and it appears to carry the brand(s) you're interested in . . . as for being cheaper than Vegas, not so sure.

Me,? I'm a guy so I basically clueless.

That's my $.02,
