Admission to Blltmore Vlllage?

Hi,

We will arrive in Asheville in the afternoon and were wondering if Biltmore Village and Antler Village is free or if you have to pay the $45 or so to see them? We plan on paying the admission for the estate the following day and did not want to pay for 2 days. Where is a nice place to shop and see cool things around Biltmore that is free and that we could do in the afternoon?

thanks

The gentleman at the front desk told us that there is no charge for Biltmore Village but that the items for sale are pricey. We plan to check it out today or tomorrow.

Hi there,

The Asheville CVB here. Biltmore Village is a neighborhood outside of the Biltmore gates and is 100% free. There are a lot of shops and restaurants to explore. Antler Hill Village is included with the price of Biltmore admission and comes with a lot of free activities (exhibitions, cooking demos, winery tour and tasting, etc.).

Have a great time!

Biltmore Estate may be offering annual pass specials (they were last time we went). It was $20 more per ticket, but you can go as many times as you like in a year, and children are free with an annual pass. May be worth inquiring about.
