What is good seafood restaurant with a view of the water?
Legal Harborside. It's part of the Legal Seafood family and is on the waterfront. First floor is a good casual eatery with waterviews. 2nd floor is an upscale Fine Dining option with great and pricey food. 3rd floor is a rooftop bar, also with great views.
Another vote for Legal. Make sure you go to the one in the Seaport District. Legal has excellent quality and it's hard to get less than a great meal there. The other locations have a slightly different vibe from the Seaport location. I like the Seaport the most -- very fun atmosphere, lots of locals combined with visitors.
Daily Catch on Northern Ave. has a really pretty view back to the city, but you need to be outside to see it.
Note -- "Seaport" and "Harborside" of Legal -- same place... they also have the "Test Kitchen" up the street, I'm unfamiliar with it, but I'm sure someone will weigh in.Edited: 21 August 2017, 16:44
Test Kitchen (or "LTK") is quite good, but it's across the street from buildings that are on the water, so no views from there.
Daily Catch's outside tables are good, but the view is just of a corner of the harbor -- it's mostly buildings.
No Name restaurant has water views from some tables.
Legal sea food is quite good and directly on the sea ;D
Thanks for all the help tips.
75 on Liberty is good, on the water next to Legal's. Not exclusively seafood, but certainly has seafood options. You will find that many restaurants here, although not a "seafood restaurant" offer seafood.
