Unfortunately, you'll be about 2-3 weeks late for the fall foliage. Pinning down peak viewing times for foliage is an inexact science, but for the most part, in and around the Boston area, and points north(VT,NH) things happen in early- to mid-October.

November is too late, if you are coming to see the foliage. You'd need to be here the last week of September, or early October. The color moves from north to south, so it's mid September for Vermont/NH/Maine, and more like early October for Mass and CT.
