The North End Italian Area is about a 15 minute walk from there. The Daily Catch is on Northern Avenue a little behind the hotel and there is a Legal Seafoods and Sol De La Terre by the Aquarium.

For Italian you are not far from The North End. You can use the ta search engine for North End threads.

For sea food you are minutes from the seaport area. Located there are The Daily Catch, legal harborside and Yankee Lobster.

The Daily Catch is kind of Italian seafood. Two birds with one stone.

As Thomas said there is a Legal's quite close on Long Wharf near the Aquarium. But, if it's a nice night walk down along the Harbor Walk to the Seaport area where there is a very impressive brand new Legal's Harborside. First floor is casual, 2nd floor is more toward the fine dining (tablecloths) 3rd floor is rooftop bar. Menu is different on each floor. All have great harbor views. Make reservations.

There is also the old LTK (Legal Test Kitchen) down in the Seaport area. Different menu than most Legal's.
