Hotel choices???

If you had your choice for the middle of October for 2 nights, would you stay at Marriott-Copley or the Back Bay Hotel? Marriott would be about $100 cheaper. I want to be very close to "T", restaurants and shopping. Do you think I would be better off doing priceline or hotwire? Thank you experts! :)

For a savings of $100, I'd go with the Marriott. The Back Bay is probably somewhat more interesting (I've never stayed there), but the Marriott is fine. Both hotels easily meet your location criteria.

Is the Back Bay Hotel located near the Marriott? If not, how far away? Thanks!

The two hotels are about a half mile apart, connected by Stuart street/Huntington ave.

Go with the Mariott.

And the Marriott is attached to Copley Place Mall and very close to other shopping, too.

Only problem is I was reserving through Lastminutetravel and the marriott was request! I booked the Back Bay because I could cancel up to 3 days before with no penalty, but have not heard if the Marriott is going to accept the reservation. :(

You'll hear within 48 hours about the Marriott. Both hotels are fine choices. No frowns needed! :)
