Massport.com

There are free shuttles from the curb which run on a regular basis.Once in the bus it should take five minutes.

If you're in a panic you can always take a cab from the left of terminal E.

You will have to go through Security again at Terminal A once you get there, so you really have very little time after clearing Customs. I would highly recommend switching to a later flight if that's possible.

I suggest that your two first choices be the interterminal shuttle bus or the sky bridge that has long people-mover belts. It's very modern and glass-enclosed. 1.5 hours is one very tight connection, including clearing immigration ('s queue). Unless you have "Global Entry", there is no way around that line.

If you can't get a later connecting flight, definitely tell someone at your Terminal A airline of your plight - you're not late of your own volition - and they may be able to escort you past the queue at that end. If your connecting airline is the same as the one you're getting off of in Terminal E, tell them there.

As you can see, Alanm's advice is cogent.

Thanks for the replays, we are flying in on delta from Amsterdam then onto orlando I believe it's deltas last flight down to MCO. I was hoping we would not require to go though security again and stay air side? let's hope we make it

If it's Delta all the way, very good. You should expect them* to look after you. Now, if it's a Delta codeshare on a KLM plane, you should remind them*, if you need to, that your tickets say "Delta" all the way. It should make a difference in the event of a really "iffy" connection or misconnect. Maybe there is something that they can do that I don't know about to expedite you. And carry-on-luggage-only will make a big difference.

* "...them..." meaning the gate agent that you encounter right when you come off the plane in Terminal E.

Is that delta 231 arriving at 1:00 pm. Usually that's on time and people get thru customs in 30 minutes.

I have a client who takes that flight once a month. She's always breezing thru customs. I'm sure you know the drill, no bathroom stops after getting off the plane.

Hi Mav:

You're welcome. If that's the case, there is a hyatt at Logan who should give you a good rate. Have their local number handy.
