Boston in June.

My husband and I are going to Boston for the first time for a wedding. Looking for fun, "non-touristy" things for a young couple to do during the day and in the evenings. There is no home baseball game that weekend, so that is out. Thanks in advance!

A lot of the tourist areas overlap with what locals do so non-touristy is kind of subjective but some possibilities are a walk over by the Harbor/Rose Kennedy Greenway; you could tour Fenway even though there's no game; walk along Charles River Esplanade; North End for a meal, locals and visitors do that; Castle Island in South Boston for a walk around and burger-type food if wanted; if into museums you have Museum of Fine Arts, ICA, Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum; walk around Boston Common; Prudential Center Newbury Street area.

Edited to add that if you're into bar/pub scene, breweries, and nice restaurants there are many, many choices.

Non-touristy: Go to weekend brunch at a restaurant in the South End ( I like Metropolis and Aquitaine, Gaslight too); see a concert at The Sinclair in Cambridge (have dinner and drinks at the on- site restaurant first); Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum has tourists but it is gorgeous ( like a trip to a European museum without needing a passport); and Davis Square, hipster heaven, tons of restaurants and bars and the Somerville Theater for indie films and live shows.
