nashville to natchez

we are planning a trip from nashville to natchez in april or may in our RV and taking the motorcycle. Need to know of full hook up campgrounds along the way and what points of interest are "not to be missed". We would also like to explore some of the communities along the way. any info would be most appreciated.

Just searching something similar to this--no RV or camping - just driving. Planning to start in Nashville and eventually end in Tunica/ Clarksdale, then to Memphis. Anyone know how far Memphis or Tunica is from the Natchez Trace in Tupelo?

Tupelo is only an hour to an hour and a half outside of Memphis. It will be slow going on the trace with the low speed limit (50 I think), so you may want to add a little extra time for that. The trace is pretty but honestly not sure that its worth the extra time.

Tupelo is south east from Memphis whereas Tunica is just south of Memphis, it's easier going from Memphis to Tunica even though it's MS, but i guess thats what your thinking if your finnishing up in Tunica
