Hotels with Suites

Hi all - looking for a hotel that would have rooms with a separate bedroom or at the very least, two beds and the ability to bring in a roll away. Thanks!

Sorry , I forgot to ask if you will have a car? That will make a difference as to where you can easily stay.

Car is doable we could rent one if we needed to but prefer not to for the entire trip

A car gives you more choices as otherwise in some locations you'd be dealing with long bus or taxi rides.

Without a car you can look at:

Residence Inn/downtown or gaslamp,Embassy Suites/downtown San Diego.

Not sure of others in that convenient location.

So normally I'd ask more question too....... but nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.

So I'd ask how many people, ages, sights you plan on seeing etc.

But I'll skip that and throw out some names like the Homewood Suites Liberty Station, Residence Inn Downtown (Pacific Highway), the Residence Inn Gaslamp has a max of 3 people per room so it may not help, and then the Gaslamp Plaza Suites, which has some, but not all, one bedroom suites.

I'd usually put Homewood Suites/Liberty station no. 1 for families but not without a car.

Glorietta Bay Inn on Coronado is a very good location. A block from the beach. Lots of restaurants to walk to. Definitely best with a car.
