What's wrong with me? I read "Tanned, Dressed and Ready"! And I thought to myself "One would hope so". Must be age catching up with me:-)
Glad to hear you had a great vacation in Delaware. Hope the beaching and cycling were good for your health and wellbeing. Now, get back to work...

Welcome back, QB. Did you miss the Cape?
Welcome back I enjoyed your review on Bethany Beach.
Missed your input on NYC Forum whilst you were away. I always read your advice avidly.
We are back to NY 6th Sept hoping to get a bit more of Brooklyn in this time including the carnival, as the weather should be better. We did enjoy our visit last year to see the christmas lights and the tour around Brooklyn Hights. It must have been one of the coldest nights tho 21st Dec 08.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us
Welcome back, qb - glad you had a good time on your beach vacation. You were missed here!

Still on vacation and hope to swim at the Town Beach in Monterey Mass, located off scenic Lake Garfield. Maybe take a canoe out as well.
Great Barrington is a nice town, lots of restaurants and culture, but the streets roll up at around 10:00. We read one review where the poster inquired why the restaurants all close at twilight. When you are used to going out at night, it does take some getting used to.
welcome back, QB!
Sheesh, too bad that LP's post was deleted. Probably b/c he quoted something "off color" from my trip report. Hey, I was only quoting what I saw.
Yes, fussy, I most certainly missed P-Town and The Cape this year! There ain't nothing like fresh, buttery-soft Welfleet oysters. OMG, I was sorely missing them this week.
Who knows, maybe we'll go in the fall for a weekend.
Oysters...YES. But you were in the land of the crab. You enjoyed the crab cakes. And maybe some other preparations too? Something different to savor.
