Restaurants near theaters?

Any restaurant recommendations for places near the Palace Theater and the Imperial theater? Going to shows at these theaters and would like to have dinner somewhere close.

On 9th Avenue between 42 and 60 streets (just a 2-3 blocks away) there are many, many restaraunts of all types and all price points. My wife and I generally start walking somewhere along and eat wherever it strikes our fancy. We've never needed a reservation, either (but we're there by 6:00 PM).

I also recommend Queen Of Sheeba for outstanding Ethiopian on 10th Ave & 46th http://www.shebanyc.com/ and www.yelp.com/biz/queen-of-sheba-new-york

We ate there with other people and got a lot of different things. I would avoid anything with beef chunks as they were quite tough but everything else, was first rate and I can't wait to go back.

We have Kellari Taverna on our list if we get theatre tickets. They are part of Restaurant Week, but their pre and post theatre specials are more appealing to us. We wanted something healthy and mediterranean and since I love grilled fish and hubby loves lamb, we can't go wrong. Read some reviews from Zagat's members and they were quite favorable. I checked on hopstop and found that the walking time would be 10-15 mins. Perfect for us.

Another really good Mediterranean place is Akdeniz on 46th between 5th and 6th, a short walk from either theater. I ate at theis Turkish place for the first time a couple of weeks ago and loved it (I had the salmon kebabs wrapped in vine leaves, it was fantastic).
