blimin... i replied in that thread... got hotel le jolie booking through travelocity.com

at the time of booking, the hotels own website was $130 i think, so not much difference, but cheaper is still better... and it is a refundable rate...

i know now, that the competitive rate I booked at isn't available now, but there are some good rates, but will probably compare with Manhattan on price.. .me however I wanted to be in Brooklyn

Yup, you'll get a trip report, and links to my blog when in in Brooklyn and Manhattan...

I've used google street view to find a nearby deli for breakfast (pastries ain't my thing, i'm an eggandcheeseonaroll kinda guy!), and there is one just the other side of the BQE, so all in all it looks like a great location for me..

anyway.. we're hijacking the thread... oops!
