Is it safe to say I can take the E train from the Benjamin? (e 50th and Lexington)

When the E train terminates, get off go up the stairs and there is the WTC.

You'll actually get the E at 53rd and Lexington, although there are entrances to the 51st and Lexington station of the 6 train that will connect to it.
