Any information on using AIRLINK shuttle service from La Guardia into Manhattan hotels?

They tend to get lukewarm reviews around here along with other shuttle companies. The reason is that a cab especially if there is more than one of you will be faster and cheaper.
We used them this summer but from JFK to the hotel as the travel agent included the transfers as part of the package. The wait for the shuttle was not long, it did take the while for the driver to get going though and we were the last ones to be dropped off to our hotel which always seems to happen to us on shared shuttles.
Overall we were satisfied with them.
