Hi NYC. Next Thursday, I have a job interview with a multinational company, and they have me coming to their NYC branch since it is the closest to me. This will be my first time in NYC, so I want to make sure I have my trip planned out so I'm not late for the interview. I have been reading the sidebar FAQ, and just want to verify my information.
I am flying from DC, and land at JFK at 8am Thursday morning. From there I will need to get to 307 Fifth Ave in Manhattan by about 10-10:30am. It seems like the best method would be taking the AirTrain to Jamaica station. From there, get off the AirTrain and find the E train to Penn Station. I think from Penn Station, I can walk to the office. At least that's what it looks like on Google Maps. Does this sound correct for my journey, or is there another ideal method?
My departing flight leaves JFK at 8:30pm, so I am assuming I can just reverse the trip.
I'm a little anxious trying to make my way through NYC for the first time, during rush hour, but I had not other choice. Thanks for the help.
