If it is coming into the Manhattan Terminal, there will probably be yellow cabs available and you could split your group into two cabs. Otherwise you can arrange for a car service, but for 7 you will probably need a van which may be pricey. Folks here tend to recommend Dial 7 http://www.dial7.com/ Carmel http://www.carmellimo.com/ and All State https://www.allstatelimo.com/ You can plug in your info on their websites to get a price.

Kaye makes a very good point. I was thinking of the Manhattan cruise terminal, but of course that was just an assumption, as you did not tell us what cruise terminal (or even what state) you would be arriving in. If you are coming into Red Hook or Bayonne NJ, you should use a car service. Which of the three cruise terminals will you be arriving at? It makes a big, big difference...

Another Vote for Dial 7 car service. If you reserve a car(s) online (NOT pre-pay), you save a few dollars with their internet rate!
