Lots of them are, lots of them aren't.

Comfort Inn and Country Inn and Suites are both very close to the Queensboro Plaza station. Quality Inn, The Verve, the Vetiver, and Holiday Inn are close to the 39th Ave station. Pull up the address of any hotel you're considering on Google Maps and look for the blue M's that designate subway stations.

(PS, I've stayed at two of these. The Comfort Inn on Crescent is literally THE closest, literally a hundred yards or so out the front door to the steps of the station. Be aware that both of the stations I mentioned are elevated and you have to climb stairs up to get the them.)

Holiday Inn is very good but it isn't closest. Comfort Inn is closest to all the subways. All the hotels listed are good - The Country Inn is excellent. The brand new Marriott on 40th (Queensboro) is excellent. Lots of very good / solid choices.
