You have no idea where Central Park, The Statue of Liberty or the Empire State Building are? maps.google.com can help. Seriously, it's very useful when planning your itinerary. It will also give you directions (including walking and/or subway directions). Just use the person or train icon in the directions section.

You may also want to get a guidebook with a map, or at least a paper map. We really can't type out where these things are for you, and have that suffice for your planning and traveling.

If you want to go to the Statue of Liberty (vs just viewing it from a boat cruise), you need to book tickets at statuecruises.com It takes a good 3-4 hours, and can take longer if lines are long (early in the day is better).

If you want to go to 911 memorial, make reservations here: http://www.911memorial.org/visitor-passes

Can't help you with a hellicopter ride. It's not something I'd ever want to do. You'll find reviews for various options on TripAdvisor. That would be a good start in identifying which company you want to use.

If you have a particular show you want to see, you may need to book in advance. If you are looking for last minute discounts and would be happy with that selection of hsows, even that can be done online these days.
