NYC on a Sunday

We arrive in NY on a Sunday at 3 PM. I was wondering what there is to do on a Sunday at that time? Also, I am looking for a good recommendation for a restaurant in Chinatown.

Pretty much what ever you would want to do on any other day. Most things are open Sunday, including restaurants. Some shops will close a little earlier and the subway doesn't run as frequently but that's about it.

If you have just been sitting in a car or plane, I'd recommend going to Central Park if the weather is nice. There are lots of paths to explore, a zoo, and you could even grab some food at the Boathouse. Otherwise, head downtown to the WTC site and St. Paul's chapel, Battery Park, with a ride on the Staten Island ferry to view the Statue of Liberty.
