What type of "place"? Are you looking for a hotel? If so, include exact dates, number of people, their bedding needs (e.g. share one double bed), and your budget in USD. Keep in mind that tax will add ~15%. "Reasonable" means different things to different people.

The following are close. I've never been inside either, so I can't say anything about them but you can always check reviews here and prices on their websites.

Club Quarters World Trade Center

New York Marriott Downtown

World Center Hotel

A bit further from WTC, but still walkable - I stayed here on my previous visit and walked to the memorial to pay my respects:

The Cosmopolitan Hotel

http://www.cosmohotel.com/

The Cosmopolitan is a basic hotel, with small rooms. Small lobby, no onsite bar or restaurant for example. But very neat and clean, at least when I visited, and you'll have plenty of places to eat in the area if you like.

I forgot to link this one. It's also close. Same for the others in the area - I've no idea what the rooms are like.
