September 11 Museum - exhibition info

The 9/11 Museum will open to the public on May 21. Tickets are required.

The museum recommends that children under the age of 11 not visit the historical exhibition - which is enclosed inside the museum and can only be accessed via revolving doors. Inside the historical exhibition there are alcoves with warning signs indicating that the material inside the alcove may be disturbing. In addition there are 4 early exit routes for those who might wish to leave the exhibit at any time. The exhibit focuses on the events of September 11th, pre 9/11 and post 9/11 rescue and recovery. No photographs are allowed inside the historical exhibition. For more info visit tripadvisor.com/Travel-g60763-c207932/New-Yo… or 911memorial.org

Thanks for updating the articles. I have added a dedicated Top Question and made other slight modifications to the existing TQ's to separate advise about other things to do in the area from info about 9/11 memorial.
