Think Ive found my hotel - Econo Lodge TS. Thoughts?

Thanks everyone for the pervious input. I think ive found a hotel.

Looking at 7-11th Nov 2014 Econo Lodge Times Square is coming in at $776 with breakfast.

booking says not including 14.5% tax so i guess i can add about $115 to that total?

any thoughts on this hotel / price

i have a quick look at the reviews on here and they look ok, im not looking for 5*

clean / safe is what we want just to put our head down at night after walking the streets of NYC all day

this hotel is about €100 more ROW Nyc that is without breakfast.

any thoughts or feedback be great

thanks

My husband and son stayed there 5 years ago - I believe that the rooms were very tiny - and my husband had to tell our 7 year old son, that the woman next door had a tummy ache - and that was the reason she was moaning all night - So very thin walls....

The rooms are really small. Did you try the Hotel at Times Square?

I like Long Island City in Queens - great bargains

Otherwise, try to stay anywhere other than midtown such as Chelsea, Union Square, Soho,. UWS etc.
