Pretzel ONLY place?

OK, I give up looking for such a place because it is driving me crazy that I can't find it.

I know for a fact that I read about a place in NYC that only sells pretzels. Like the Pommes Frites place that ONLY sells pommes frites. I was sure I had saved the info. but I can't find it anywhere :-(

It is *not* Sigmunds, Aunt Annies, or Martins. Anyone have any other suggestions?

Also, if you know of any other places that serve just one thing, let me know. So far I've got Bantam Bagels, The Pickle Guys, & Pommes Frites. I had to nix Crif Dogs (they serve too much other stuff). Looking for other places for a makeshift "Let's Eat @ Places That Only Make One Thing Day".

Note: no desserts.

Thank you, TA'ers!

When in the east village this weekend we happened upon a bar/pretzel place on avenue B and 3rd street. Don't know the name but google "pretzel place in east village" and I'm sure it will come up. Kids had a pretzel and hubby had a beer while we killed time before our show at the Upright Citizen Brigade East

Thanks everyone! It's shaping up to be quite a meat-centric day...

Feel free to keep the suggestions coming -- the more I research the trip details, the faster the time flies :-)

I was watching a Food Channel re-run the other day, and they mentioned a Lasagna-only place...I put Lasagna up in the search box and there were several restaurants with Lasagna in the name, so not sure which one it was, but thought I would throw it out there.

Didn't there used to be a "rice" only place in Soho? And a mac & cheese place?

Burgers and hot dogs are other obvious choices. And pizza.
