Williamsburg today

Decided against east river ferry, so, we will take L train to Bedford ave to hang out. Which direction on Bedford should we travel. Probably will try to find Flea market also. May try ferry to Brooklyn park still!

Thanks

Best bets for markets and such is to walk back along North 7th or one of the nearby blocks towards the East River. North 6th, North 8th, North 3rd, Kent, Wythe, and anything in that area has lots of good stuff. Check out Artists & Fleas on North 8th.

Are you asking which way on Bedford is more interesting?

I agree with Shawn, and would add that I think everywhere in that immediate area is pretty jam-packed with shops and restaurants - if you haven't got a particular destination in mind, I would just go with the flow and follow where your feet lead you.

Definitely head to the Flea, it's easy to take the Ferry from there if you choose. I think going from there to the Brooklyn Bridge Park - taking in Smorgasburg and the area - will be a great way to spend the day.

It will get busy down at the Flea as the day wears on. Me, I don't like the crowds so much, so I like to get there early.

Enjoy your day! Report back if you can! :)

Ok thanks. Did watch the World Cup under the Manhattan bridge with about a thousand fans. That was great. Too hot. Had Julianna's pizza. Like Italy.
