First NYC trip - 3 nights, 4 days - help us plan please

My family (2 adults, kids:18 yr and 15 year old) are going to NYC for Aug 1st weekend. Arriving Friday Aug 1st approx. 5pm and leaving Monday Aug 4th approx. 1pm. Busy Sat morning 8:30 to 12:30 but other than this rest is free time.

We are staying at the Hilton Midtown.

Things we want to see include:

Madame Tussauds

Top of the Rock OR Empire State Building

Century 21 Department Store

Statute of Liberty - ferry

9/11 Museum

Central Park

and would love to squeeze in Jersey Boys

Any tips to plan these and any others to get the most of our weekend would be great! Thank you!

Get a map (online or paper) and plot each place you want to visit. Then you can arrange your days in a geographically logical way.

Look on theatermania, playbill, and broadwaybox to find discount codes for Jersey Boys.

Generally, TOTR is recommended over ESB.

Shouldn't be any problem to see those things. Try to get Jersey Boys tickets Saturday night. You'll have time to have one day of 9/11 Museum and Staten Island Ferry, and another day of Central Park, Top of the Rock (shorter waits than ESB makes it preferable on a weekend trip) and Mme Tussauds. Century 21 has an uptown shop at Lincoln Center and a downtown shop at WTC so you can do that whichever day has more time.
