1st time NYC, need hotel recommend.

f you want accommodation recommendations start a new thread and post your budget, in US$, any room requirements such as two double beds or free Wi-Fi etc and the dates and you'll get responses.

Budget: $under $300

Room Requirements: 2 of us, so 2 double or a king or a queen bed.

Wifi would be great.

Did you check any of the Affinia properties? Nice big rooms and very clean and welcoming We love the Affinia Dumont. Great location, super quiet rooms and wonderful views from the higher floors.

Affinia 50 is newly renovated and very fresh.

mmarymom had another thread about the same time with lots of responses. tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g60763-i5-k7729649…

That may be why this one went idle. But I notice the dates ended up being incorrect, so...

For these dates, one possibility would be the Best Western Bowery Hanbee at $263 + tax. That's a queen room, includes breakfast and WiFi. That rate is on their own website (the stay 4 night special), but it's prepaid with no cancellation.

If you are an AAA member, you can get it for $278 with free cancellation.

The location is on the edge of Chinatown, but it's very near the Lower East Side and Soho, not far from Greenwich Village. Of course, Little Italy is right there too.
