There are some great paved trails that start around the Visitors Center. You could start at the VC, head over to the Pennsylvania Monument, and come back to the VC. Nice loop with lots of options, and a map where the trail meets 134 so that you can see where you are in relationship to everything else. I imagine it's busier on the weekends, but we've done it several weekday evenings and have seen very few people.

Another great walking/running loop is the area around Spanglers Spring on the battlefield. You can park at Spanglers Spring and do loops in both directions from the parking area. Lots of people walk and run there in the evenings.
