Spanish Moss Inn on E. Bay St. or Zeigler House on W. Jones?

I believe I have it narrowed down to those 2 for a 2-3 night stay in April. The prices for the rooms are essentially the same. Large majority of reviews for both are great. Sounds like the location on Bay could be a plus or a minus. ? Too busy of a street ( ? Bad), but very close to the river ( ? Good).

Plus I read that Jones is " America's most beautiful street". Can anyone comment on those locations, if not the properties themselves?

Zeigler House is larger & on a beautiful St. no doubt. Fairly close to every thing. The Spanish Moss Inn is on a noisy St and a bit to the East of most things but closer to most every thing.

Jones Street is absolutely gorgeous, and the walk to everything is further than Bay, but still very manageable.

Bay Street is full of semi trucks all day long and is really only close to River Street, which should be avoided unless you're into the whole price gouge and dodging cars.
