Yes. Get off at Stillwell and just walk down.

Subway Q,D,N,F (BTW, F train is too slow), to last stop Coney Island.

Enter boardwalk by crossing Surf Avenue and going straight ahead.

Go left towards Brighton Beach.

The Subway station at Brighton Beach is one block north on Coney Island Avenue and Brighton Beach Avenue (I don't know why CI Ave doesn't go to CI). CI Ave. near Brighton 6th St. But you can go further east.

Just as you can go a mile further west when you are on the Coney Island part of the Boardwalk,

The Brighton Beach station is on the B (weekdays, running express in Brooklyn) and Q (all the time, running local in Brooklyn) lines. But they both go to Manhattan as expresses.
