This July my wife and I will return to one of our favourite towns in Cambodia, Kampot.
We hope to spend about 2 weeks here with a couple of days in Kep set aside to unwind, before heading back to Phnom Penh. We'll get a bus to Battambang, then after a few days onto Siem Reap, another one of our favourites.
My question here is, where is the best place to sample Kampot pepper crab?
The cook loves crab, me! I could take it or leave it. It just seems too much effort for such little reward.
This is a dish the cook, being an ex chef would like to perfect.
So, if anyone has tried that seafood delight and are now unable to forget this taste sensation.
