Balcony Hotel in French Quarter?

Looking for recommendations for a balcony hotel in the French Quarter with the balcony facing the street. Would prefer NOT to be directly over Bourbon Street. Would prefer a quieter location. Decent pricing would be nice, too.

Balcony facing the street - check

Quieter part of the Quarter - check

Decent prices - check

Hotel Villa Convento seems to fit the description perfectly (on my phone, so can't post a link to their website)

Le Richelieu also fits the bill, but their balconies are not private except for a couple of the suites, if that makes a difference.

Try Biscuit Palace, although there are only eight rooms, and they are booked up sometimes with long time customers.

Mr. Bo, are you affiliated with neworleans.com for hotel rooms? You have 8 posts on the forum, all of them today, and 7 of them are pushing this website. For the sake of other travelers, they should know if you are a customer of that service or somehow connected to it.

We have stayed at the Bourbon Orleans, it is great. It is a little ways down Bourbon and away from the major noise.
