What's Your Hotel List?

Every other time that I come to NOLA I try to stay in hotels that I’ve never tried before. It got me to thinking….which hotels has everyone stayed at in New Orleans? My list so far is:

Hotel Monteleone

Villa Convento

Hotel St. Marie

St. Peter House Hotel

Inn on Bourbon

Dauphine Orleans Hotel

Holiday Inn French Quarter

Sheraton

Prince Conti

I looked at the Provincial for my trip in June and the pricing was very high. $118(Provincial standard room) vs $69 at the Conti(deluxe room) during the week. On the weekend it was $152 compared with $82 at the Sheraton. I just couldn't justify paying $1024 compared with $589. :-( One day I'll try it.

Too bad you won't be coming for the Flok meet in May this year Paul cuz if you were you could stay at the Provincial!!!! We would have saved you a room for sure!!!!!

I do understand why you picked the less expensive place though! It's like Herm and I always say: "That's X amount of extra hurricanes."
