Good news overall. Thanks for the update, Porelly.

I just hope Adolfo doesn't tidy things up too much. Great one-of-a-kind cities that were edgy and authentic thirty years ago (NYC and San Francisco come to mind) are increasingly bland and sterile today.

Keep suburban values in the suburbs. Save the grit!
