Speak to me of "Debris"

Because I've never had it, and friends are in town and someone on the plane recommended they go to Mothers to get it, and I had just told them to avoid the place lol.

I think I have an idea of what it is, like the remnants of cooking a roast beef, right? Scraps of meat, gravy more or less?

But do you get as something "with" a po boy? Like "I'd like a Roast Beef Po Boy with debris" or is it a sandwich of its own, like "I'd like a debris po boy please".

The best thing you can put in your mouth is an " off the menu special" from Domilises. It's a shrimp poboy covered in debris and Swiss cheese. Shhh, don't tell anyone.

Debris is what is left in the pan after you slow cook roast beef. All the yummy tender bits of beefy goodness that have been simmering in gravy.

It is the very essence of roast beef; I'm drooling as I type; hope I don't short out my keyboard...LOL.

Debris is the by-product of roasting - essentially beef remnants in a reduction sauce...and hella good.
