Although I haven't had it in years, I recall K-Paul's as being pretty tasty.

My vote for the worst.... Coop's Place.

Bland, nonescript, and I make it at home, and it's twice as good as theirs.

A little off the beaten path but I think that Bad Bart's Jambalaya at Crescent Pie & Sausage Co., 4400 Banks St is great!

Personally, I like the Coop's Place version of rabbit and sausage jambalaya.

On my next trip I intend to go out to Bayou Country (Breaux Bridge) to get the real thing, but then I guess I'll be spoiled and won't like the New Orleans versions anymore...LOL.

You might want to change that to New Orleans.

For me, the best has been the Bon Ton (not open on weekends), with NOLA (Emeril's FQ restaurant) being second, but not really that close.
