Mt Rainier- Which side of plane has best view from Phoenix?

We are getting ready to head to Seattle from Phoenix this summer. This will be our kids' first plane flight and they would love to see Mount Rainier, if possible. Any suggestions as far as which side of the airplane to sit on flying into and out of Seattle from Phoenix would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Nine times out of ten, the right side is best. When the weather is clear, as it is today, the mountain is easily viewable from a number of sites in the city.

Thanks much ;) Just got an answer back from an agent on their FB page as well. He said that going TO Seattle from Phoenix to book the DEF seats (right side, I believe) and FROM Seattle to book the ABC seats. Thanks much!

Pheonix is a little bit variable because you're coming from the south east. Sometimes they route you to the left. Sometimes to the right. When headed to CA or to the east, then there are obvious choices... but you've got it a little bit difficult..
