Seattle for 4 year old

What would be your top thing(s) to do with a 4 year old while visiting Seattle next week? I have found links to lots of attractions, but would love to hear from people who have been there recently. Parks, restaurants, activities, etc.?

You are looking for adult things to do with a 4 year old kid, yes? Not things for a 4 year old kid to do?

Both - our 4 year old is pretty interested in just being out and about but of course does love to do "kid" things. We love to do things geared for her but also like to take in a little bit of things for us as well.

The Children's Museum at Seattle Center was by far our favorite place in Seattle when the kids were little. Bring a change of clothes and play in the giant fountain there as well....so worth the effort for the memories. Hmm....what else....Seattle Art Museum is surprisingly child friendly and they have a great room for young kids...the Sculpture Park for running around and it is free.....oh, the Duck Tour is awesome for the whole family and you get a break while sightseeing. Kids LOVE when the amphibious vehicle enters the water. Ride the monorail and pick out candy at the store next to the Westlake Center entrance/exit. The zoo is also marvelous. Seattle proper is weird...very family oriented but not a lot of kid activities. I still really miss mini golf at Seattle Center which they replaced with the glass museum a few years ago. I am finding a hotel pool is a must as the kids get older for vacation fun.

Tour the aquarium and wander the waterfront, maybe take a spin on the Great Wheel. My kids loved the Pacific Science Center, it's also in the Seattle Center.

Thank you all so much for your suggestions! We spent some time at the Children's Museum - which was absolutely wonderful!! We made it to the aquarium but missed out on the ferris wheel because the day we went it was cold and very foggy. We also spent a good chunk of one day at the zoo which so fantastic!! Already looking forward to coming back!!
