Which order for riding the bus and walking downhill?

Hi! We are thinking of taking the bus to visit Kerry Park, Discovery Park and Ballard Locks. What order should these be in to try to avoid walking up hill the whole time? We are staying at Hotel Andra. Also should we be stopping anywhere else along the way? Like the fishermans terminal?

We have 3 days so this would be 1 day. We also plan on going to the Fremont Sunday Market another day, ferry ride over to Bainbrige and maybe the underground tour. Thoughts/ suggestions are appriciated!

You may find tripplanner.kingcountry, gov really helpful for your query. Re Kerry Park, a #13 or #2 bus from Downtown takes you up steep Queen Anne Hill to West Highland Drive, where the park is located. Get off there, cross the street and Kerry Park will be down about 1 12 blocks on your left.

Of the 3 locations the only steep hill you'll encounter will be climbing Queen Anne to visit Kerry Park. Do visit the Metro home page and use their online trip planner: http://metro.kingcounty.gov

In my response above, that should be one and one-half blocks, a very short level walk from the bus stop.

For Kerry Park, Discovery Park, and the Ballard Locks I might consider doing a 1-day car rental. Those places are not exactly easy to get to directly using public transportation.
