Hotels Near Seatac with shopping and restaurants?

Hello,

We have a very early flight the next day after our cruise. We were planning to stay in dowtown, but summer season price is between $300 to $500. We are taking a tour after disembarkment from the ship with drop off either at downtown or airport. We wanted hotel near airport and restaurants so we can dinner.

Thanks,

Tibby

airport hotel area has few restaraunts other than onsite ones. Perhaps a better location would be to look at hotels near Southcenter mall that also offer airport shuttles. Its only a few miles but there will be much more variety for food and shopping. Look for hotels in Tukwila such as

Hampton Inn, Courtyard, Doubletree Suites and many others

I haven't verified the accuracy of this list, but it's a place to start: tripadvisor.com/HotelsList-SeaTac-Hotels-Wit… or tripadvisor.com/Hotels-g58791-Tukwila_Washin…

Westfield Southcenter Mall is within the city limits of Tukwila and the nearest shopping area to Seatac airport (mall, big box retailers, Costco, restaurants, etc.). http://www.westfield.com/southcenter/

Edit: alternatively you could stay at the airport & take a taxi, town car or Link light rail into downtown Seattle for a special dinner, etc.
