The 4 hr. KF wildlife cruise is just that--a wildlife cruise--and doesn't include a tidewater (calving) glacier. You'd have to do one of their all-day cruises for that. You should see a variety of wildlife, though unlikely to see humpbacks on the shorter tour. More than a 50% chance of seeing them on the longer ones.
The Blackstone Bay tour includes some time at 2 tidewater glaciers, Blackstone and Beloit. Not much chance of seeing wildlife except for gulls and an eagle or two, and a handful of sea otters.
Of course, wildlife goes where it wants to, so no guarantees what you might see (or not see) on any given cruise.
