Vassia beach- Is there much of a baech?

HI i am thinking of booking Vassia beac but from the pictures it looks as though there is no beach to sit on only rocks. Does the hotel have a private beach area with chairs does any one know? Any other info you have would be great. Thaks

Hi there

If I recall, there's not much in the way of a beach at Sissi - it's a small fishing village that has started to develop as a resort over the last few years.

You can swim from the rocks in Sissi but there's no beach to speak of.

How far do you have to walk from the harbour to get to the beach? I've walked about half a mile to the east and only seen rocks, is the beach west towards Malia?
