Area pretty in October?

Are Noccalula Falls, Little River Canyon, and De Soto State Park pretty aroun Oct. 20? We love fall foliage and waterfalls. Thank you.

The leave are turning, but they usually are at peak the last weekend of October and the first of November. The Mentone Color Feast is this weekend on Lookout Mountain about 15 miles from Fort Payne. If you come we would love for you to stay with us. From your staff at the Days Inn Fort Payne, AL 256-845-2085

Of course it areies year to year, but the "peak" down here is usually closer to the end of the month, but there is still color to be seen.

Plus, that area you are talking about is beautiful and scenic year round.

Yes, worth the drive.

Oct 20 is mid week, so hopefully you'll have good lodging options, but if you need suggestions, post again.

Have fun,

Miller
