i stayed at this hotel new years eve for one week. the people staying there were terrible, one guy urinated in the lobby some old people are there from november until april. the staff were really hard but if i was you i would def change your hotel i cried when i arrived and was moved from across the road into the main building. i felt i was in a old peoples home for a week, not the best hotel i have stayed at needs alot of work to improve this hotel.

the management and staff work hard and so does the entertainment guy dan but honestly it needs to be knocked down and rebuilt to improve this hotel, its location is not great if you are a women on your own not safe i was even scared of the cats!!!

They are one and the same, as the location if the hotel is roughly where Bugibba ends and St.Pauls begins (although you can't see the join !).

Before you book, however, please be sure to read the last 20 posts on this topic so you know what to expect !

Phil-the-bus is right. There is only one Sea San Anton hotel& apartments. It borders the area of Bugibba and St Paul Bay. Both areas are within 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Cheers

hi not all the comments are fair, I stayed over xmas the rooms were not that bad very big and every thing needed was there. the position of the hotel was not far from bugibba centre a 10 min walk. food in hotel was hit and miss a selection of meats and fish, veg was my complaint a bit hard but enough of selection to do. the staff at reception were very good, pool area clean. entertainment was not great but we went out most nights to bugibba square some good eating places and entertainment for all ages. I must admit my xmas in malta was good. every one has their own views on hotel. I thought for the price it was ok.

Hi Jens29,

To be honest, for four single 30yo girls who just want sun bathing and a good nightlife you should stick to your original choice of St Julian's. There you will be near Paceville the all-night club district. Most 'youngsters' between 18 and 45 head to Paceville for the many clubs and bars that don't close until dawn. Bugibba has plenty of bars and restaurants with entertainment, but nothing like Paceville.

Have a good holiday and have a drink for me.

the hotel is not really bad, food is just ok. the pool area is large plenty of sun beds ,hot tub and pool bar, its quite big . ten mins to bugibba square lots of pubs and entertainment in most of the bars fat harrys is good and their is a very good cocktail bar, also at least one night club. bus service to all parts of the island can be found near the square. also a casino and a English cinema. so for a cheap holiday yes the bugibba to me is ok.
