Woodstock to Lincolnville beach

Hi am spending a week in woodstock in 2nd week of oct.and then a week in lincolnville beach(like leaves and seas)

Have a whole day and night to do tip between the two ponits,any suggestions on a nice route. have not been to new england before so it will all be new.did think of doing a loop up north maybe see some moose?

A trip north via Interstate highway 93 in northern New Hampshire could be a spectacularly lovely drive, and yes, moose are a possibility that way.

I'd recommend a stop in Portsmouth NH, lovely seacoast town, great dining options...
