If you google "bike rental concord ma" you'll get some hits. ATA cycle is right near the train station in Concord, apparently. It's not clear to me that they rent bikes, but you could call them. One website that says they rent bikes doesn't indicate exactly where they are located.
If you speak Latin you might find their website helpful:
whether you would want to bike to Lexington depends on your level of fitness. I wouldn't, but if you are the sort of person who routinely goes on long bicycle trips on the weekends then you would enjoy that.
It would be a long walk. I used to walk sections of the battle road quite often, and it's very provocative to imagine soldiers marching out to Concord from Boston and then back under musket fire. Really the best way to tour Lexington and Concord is with a car.
It is not obvious from website.

Thank you for your help. We found bikes to rent for $25 a day at ATA Cycle across the street from the train station. We had a wonderful day touring Concord & Lexington!
Good info. We would love to hear more about your trip when you get a chance to share!
