İ think the trip you mean is a more sedate drive up the Cadianda mountain route, seems to be a bit more grown up - but double check that is what it is

Sadly its not the safari people who started the overuse of the water fights, it was the tourists, and you cannot guarantee what type of people you will be sharing with.

Shame that you could not have a choice of wet or dry.

I too would be interested to hear more about this trip. Just wondered if anybody else could answer as we are a little further into the season. Thanks.

The trouble with any of the organised trips is that you can't guarantee that you'll get on with your fellow travellers or that the Jeep / Land Rover drivers won't drive like Suicide Jockeys.

Rent a vehicle and do your own thing. Just bear in mind though, if you rent a Jeep / Land Rover, make sure it's got a cover. A few hours driving in the blazing sun won't do you, or your passengers, a lot of good.
