Reasonable restaurants in Kaanapali and Wailea areas

I am staying one week at the Hyatt Maui in Kaanapali and one week at Grand Wailea in Wailea and need some recommendations of reasonably priced restaurants to eat at while we are there. Anything from fast food to moderately priced meals, including breakfast, lunch and/or dinner would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

We stayed at Grand Wailea and really enjoyed Matteos Italian http://www.matteospizzeria.com/ We thought it was a great values and a fun, casual, family-friendly atmosphere.... and it's right up the street (10 min walk or 2 min drive)

In Kapalua on Office Road (about a 10 minute drive or so) from Kaanapali, there is a general store called Honolua Store. You can buy some groceries and other souveniers here, but in the back, there is a counter where breakfast and lunch is prepared. We got sandwiches from there one day and they were about $7 each and really big! You can also eat here out on the covered patio area. I think most of the breakfast items were under $5.

We also ate at the Hula Grill Barefoot Bar in Whaler's Village in Kaanapali for a late lunch/early dinner and I thought most of the prices were reasonable.

While at the GW, maybe take a quick ride down to Big Beach and enjoy a fish taco at the Jawz stand there in the parking lot. Mulligans on Blue is also pretty reasonable.

Here is a great website to help you out. mauihawaii.org/restaurants/inexpensive-resta…

On this list, I can vouch for the Gazebo & Da Kitchen. Java Jazz up a little ways from the Hyatt also has an awesome breakfast.

There are two excellent restaurants in Whaler's Village - and each has outdoor, more informal seating/menu, as well as indoor seating/more formal menu. Leilani's and Hula Grill. We like Hula Grill outside and Leilani's inside -- but there are all good.

Wailea area: Shops at Wailea has a couple places, including Longhi's and Tommy Bahamas, and a cheeseburger place -- also an ice cream shop. The convenience store there has some prepared foods. Drive north into Kihei for more small restaurants -- along Kihei Road and at Azeka Marketplace. In Maalea Buzz's Wharf isn't very pricey.
