What is the name of that Mexican restaurant?????

I asked this question on the end of one of my other threads, but just in case it wasn't seen:

Last trip we stumbled into an EXCELLENT Mexican restaurant a few blocks from the Riverwalk. It was in a little shopping area, was a pretty large building with a few rooms, and had an AMAZING bakery inside, along with extensive muraling on the interior walls.

Not only incredibly charming, but great food and service. Anyone know the name? Definitely want to head back there, just can't recall the name?!

Help (please) ;-).

Mi Tierra is known as a "touristy" restaurant by most locals, but its OK, just too expensive by SA Mex standards. Next time you're in SA, head west from Market Square on Commerce until you reach Zarzamora Street (about a mile or so).

Turn right for a couple blocks and you're at Karam's. Best cheese enchiladas in the world! They also serve cabrito that is very good along with hot, freshly made tortillas and chips and homemade hot sauce. They also have some great outdoor seating (NOT in summer) and their prices are very reasonable.
