Which is less expensive will depend on how many people. I remember reading that the shuttle is about $18 (?) but it's per person. So, unless you are traveling alone, the cab will be more convenient and less total cost.

Cab - $20 - $25 1-4 passengers plus tip

Car - $15 / day plus $20 - $30 / day parking plus $1 gas

Shuttle - $18 one way or $32 round trip

Bus - $1.25 (route 5)

Taxi the best bet if more than 1 person.

Octoboy gave you spot on info for the different options.
